This program is designed for those who have completed a Mat Pilates Course already and are ready to specialise in the dynamic and versatile world of reformer instruction. Learn the mechanics of the reformer machine, how to safely guide clients through resistance-based exercises, and ways to modify and adapt classes for different abilities.

Day 1

Anatomy and Physiology

Taught by Luke Khoury (Exercise Sports Scientist, Exercise Physiologist and Chiropractor).

An introduction to the anatomy, systems and mechanics of the human body as it relates to Pilates.

  • The Reformer Course focuses on resistance-based training using the reformer machine (best for those who’ve already completed Mat).
  • The Combined Course gives you both certifications, enabling you to teach a full spectrum of Pilates classes with versatility.
